NEFC is one of the top soccer clubs in the US, focusing on player development for players ages 6 to 23. With its staff of 85, NEFC trains and hosts league play for more 3,000 players annually. But season after wintry New England season, NEFC had spent hundreds of thousands on leased indoor practice facilities. It was time to score their own. After inspecting Signature’s design build work for the neighboring New England Patriots practice facility, we became part of the NEFC’s winning game plan.
Signature Solution
Working with NEFC’s architect, Signature’s team provided design, engineering, project management, manufacturing and turnkey installation for NEFC’s new state-of-the sport indoor soccer facility. Speed of completion was essential to eliminate another costly season of leasing and reliance on other organizations for much-needed indoor facilities.
Results
Completed on-time and on-budget, NEFC now has a home that reflects their proud pedigree, winning ways and goals for cultivating champion soccer talent well into the future. Their new home is the envy of the regional sports community and an asset for recruiting top talent, program development and contributory growth.
