NFL Teams Trust Signature Structures

New England Patriots

The Patriots were the first team to see the value of a long term relationship with a company with the resources of Signature. They had purchased a large membrane covered structure for use as a field house back in 2003 from a company that was no longer in business. They needed a reliable company to maintain, inspect and repair their facility. After experiencing our quality and professionalism first hand, they subsequently hired Signature to design, manufacture and install two other membrane covered structures, one which is used as an employee check-in area and a larger structure which houses the headquarters of the New England Revolution, the MLS team that is owned by the Patriots.

Philadelphia Eagles

In 2002, The Eagles constructed a large membrane-covered field house facility at their brand new NovaCare facility. In 2016 -2017, the team undertook a complete renovation of the entire structure, replacing HVAC systems and installing new turf. They hired Signature to provide all-new, re-engineered indoor an outdoor membrane roofing systems along with a brand new insulation system. Signature completed the major project in about 3 months, meeting tight timelines required by the team to have the structure ready for training camp. The Eagles were pleased enough with Signature’s performance that they will soon begin negotiating a long term inspection and maintenance agreement with us.

Pittsburgh Steelers

When the Pittsburgh Steelers opened Heinz Field in 2001, one of the significant architectural features everyone was talking about was the two “umbrella” style canopy structures which covered two walkways on the South End of the stadium and are over 90’ in diameter each. Due to their location on the open end of the stadium at the confluence of the Three Rivers, they can be seen for miles and are perhaps the most distinctive things about the stadium. So obviously, it is very important to the Steelers to keep them looking and performing great. Based upon recommendations from other clients, the team hired Signature to provide critical maintenance and repairs to the canopies as well as other tension membrane installations throughout the stadium. The team was so pleased with the final result that they have already retained Signature to perform a major renovation of the canopies in the summer of 2018.
